Returns & Refunds

Each Haven Heart piece is individually handcrafted and one of a kind. Because of this, all sales are considered final. However, if something isn't right, please reach out — I'll always do my best to make it right.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong item, contact me within 7 days of delivery at info@havenheart.shop with photos of the issue.

If approved, I'll offer a replacement (if possible) or a refund.

Returns Returns are only accepted in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and must be approved before sending. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, Haven Heart will reimburse return shipping costs upon receipt of the return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, exchanges are not available. If you'd like a different piece, you're welcome to place a new order.
